パラコードを使った 犬＆猫用の首輪の作り方をご紹介します。今回は平編みと呼ばれる編み方で編みました。材料はバックルと、リードを通すための金具Dカンとパラコードになります。こちらの方法では、長さは短い首輪も長い首輪も作ることが出来ます。

「動画説明」
材料
・パラコード
・バックル
・Dカン（リードを通すDの文字の金具）
・鈴（猫用など必要に応じて）
作り方は、
パラコードを 完成の長さ×2＋8cm程でカットします。
今回は完成の長さを23cmで作ることにしたので、54cmでカットしました。
カットしたら、両端を熱しジョイントします。
次にバックルとDカンに通します。
今度は編み込むほうの紐をカットしていきます。
はじめにカットした長さの5倍程の長さでカットします。54cmの5倍の270cmでカットしました。
次はバックルの結び目に先ほどカットした紐を通します。
ここからは平編みになります。
右の紐で輪を作り、左を下におろして下から輪に通します。
今度は先程の逆で、左に輪、右を下ろして、また下から輪に通す、この動作を右、左、右と交互に繰り返すと編み込まれていきます。
最後まで編み込んだら、
余分な部分をカットして、先端を熱したあと ハサミなどで上から押さえるとほつれ防止の処理が出来ます。
鈴は、編み目に細い針金を通して結んで取り付けてみました。テグスなどでもいいと思います。針金で取り付ける際は、ケガをしないようにしっかりと針金の先端を処理しておくことが必要になります。
パラコードだけで作ると丈夫に作ることができますが、やや首輪自体が重くなってしまう場合があります。
そういった場合は、編み込むほうの紐を軽めの紐に変えることで軽量化できます。編み込んだら、本結びなどで処理するとよいと思います。
材料の金具は、古くなって使わなくなった首輪などがあれば、そこから取り外して使用する方法もあります。

How to make,
I cut the para cord by the completion length × 2 + 8 cm.

Cut the extra part, heat the tip and then press it from above with scissors and you can do fraying prevention treatment.
